We are pleased to be the only Pilates Studio to offer T-BOW®!  

T-BOW® is currently active all over Europe and is being launched in the
USA and Canada.  The philosophy behind the T-BOW® to train five key
elements in one workout, creating the healthiest body you can. The five
elements the T-BOW® Workout trains are your body's cardiovascular
system, muscular strength, flexibility, balance/stability and
coordination.  We are uniquely coordinating T-BOW®
into the Pilates
workout.

We also have Jump Boards!  

Jump Boards are attachments to the Reformer which increases the
cardio-vascular aspect of the Pilates Workout.  While Pilates is an intense
core workout, the Jump Board speeds up the routine and adds more
energy!  This attachment is periodically added to our group and private
classes.
