What's New.....
We now have Jump Boards!  

Jump Boards are attachments to the Reformer which
increases the cardio-vascular aspect of the Pilates Workout.  
While Pilates is an intense core workout, the Jump Board
speeds up the routine and adds more energy!  This
attachment is periodically added to our group and private
classes.

We are also pleased to offer a new class:  "1/2 & 1/2".

This class consists of half weightlifting with 3-5 lb free
weights and half on the Pilates reformer using the Jump
Board.
